The passion for cooking comes from my mother who at a certain point in her life gave up her administrative job to open, with my father, a dairy with cooked foods. In those days there were no snack bars and those who worked went to these places for lunch. The ease and naturalness with which my mother cooked has always fascinated me and I learned the pleasure of food from her. I have had other jobs in my life but this passion has never left me until my wife, giving me a professional cooking class, made me better acquainted with the magic of the kitchen. I've since taken over my family's dishes and we've created our own to add to the family recipe book. To share these experiences with other enthusiasts, we founded this association. If you come to visit us we will eat together as in a family dinner.For this reason we do not accept guests unless booked in advance, at least one day, to make your visit truly unique.
